Racing Merchandise/Motorsports Employment has Found a Professional Driver and is Currently Seeking Sponsorship by Offering A Unique Advertising Opportunity!

We are offering an excellent sponsorship opportunity to sponsor a very rare one-of-a-kind racecar. Racing
Merchandise Inc. is currently seeking sponsors for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in the unlimited class in our attempt to break the record to be the fastest time to the top of Pikes Peak and to possibly attend other highly visible motorsports or racing events.

As you may know the Pikes Peak Hill Climb event is one of the most prestigious hill climb racing series in the world. In addition to attracting fans with excellent demographics, the event generates significant media coverage and sponsor visibility. Clearly participation in this Pikes Peak Hill Climb event and other Motorsports events can generate visibility for sponsors, but why should you consider Racing Merchandise effort?

The Racing Merchandise Pikes Peak project racecar started as a Ford RS 200, an all-wheel drive car that has an impressive record on the European rally circuit. A private development project was undertaken and represents the first time a homologated Group B car has run IMSA in the GTO class and is also quite capable of running at the prestigious Pikes Peak Hill Climb event making this car extremely newsworthy. The one-of-a-kind development of the IMSA car was the fulfillment of John Taylor and John Wheeler, utilizing their visions and talent, the team redesigned this RS 200 from the ground up. The car underwent extensive testing at Ford’s facility in Great Britain and at several tracks in the United States under the Marco Polo Motorsports banner that has been proven to be very competitive.

Ford Motorsports in Great Britain were very excited about the IMSA program and as part of the agreement with them in the early stages Marco Polo Motorsports had the technical support and fabrication expertise of that division. Our innovative four-wheel drive system gives us an edge in handling and traction. Aerodynamically our car has designed and tested as a racing vehicle using wind tunnel data and using Kevlar body components to make this car light and durable at 1650 pounds. The turbo charged Cosworth racing engine is presently at 800hp, for IMSA where economy was as much a factor as speed as well, we then backed off the power to 750 hp for racing. For the 2006 Pikes Peak Hill Climb event in the unlimited class we will increase the horsepower of the engine while remaining reliable throughout the race. The RS 200 GTO will be setup to challenge the current world record at (10:04) that is held by an unlimited class Toyota Celica that was driven by Rod Millen.

The task of Racing Merchandise is three-fold:
1. Win the unlimited class at Pikes Peak Hill Climb event.
2. To break the current Pikes Peak world record.
3. To achieve sponsors promotional objectives.

We recognize the importance of cost / benefits ratios, image building and risk management in the corporate sponsorship arena. With this in mind Racing Merchandise pledges to continually work to seek new opportunities to translate to the sponsor’s bottom line. Racing Merchandise sponsorship packages are tailored to meet a sponsor’s needs. One or multiple packages are available, and Racing Merchandise will work with sponsors to tailor packages to meet their specific requirements.

Some of the elements of our sponsor programs can include the following:
- Company or product advertising through the use of the RS 200 as “billboard”
- Significant company or product media exposure through an association with an innovative team.
- Corporate entertainment opportunities at Racing Merchandise on events hospitality tent or services.
- Special sales promotions tied to the company’s involvements with the racecar.
- Special off-season displays of the RS 200 GTO at company functions, trade shows and other company related events.
- Media exposures through Web sites like motorsportsemployment.com and also through motorsportsblog.com, which will be live in the near future and both sites are divisions of Racing Merchandise.

You may be interested in the media attention we are also involved with Make-A-Wish Foundation. This charity fulfills wishes for children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 who confront life-threatening medical conditions.

Racing Merchandise Inc. welcomes the opportunity in representing you as being part of a winning team that can promote the group efforts and sponsors.

Sincerely,

Stefan Pagnani
